Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in the package?
Tours include the hire of an all-new Morgan Plus Four or Morgan Super 3.
Accommodation, including parking, breakfast each day and a Three Course Meal on one of the nights’.
A meet and greet, tour walkthrough and car handover at the start of your tour, with on-call support. You’ll receive a printed copy of your roadbook, and GPS routes for your own mobile device. Other meals and fuel are not included.
What if I have to cancel?
If you have to cancel, the initial booking deposit is non-refundable. If your final balance has been paid, an amount may be refundable, this is determined by the date of your cancellation. Where possible, we can work with you to reschedule the trip, and in this situation try to keep any non-refundable amounts to the absolute minimum.
How much luggage can I bring?
We recommend no more than two large soft bags and two smaller day bags for both the Plus Four and Super 3.
Do the cars used have automatic or manual gearboxes?
The Plus Four is available with an automatic transmission only, and the Super 3 is available with a manual gearbox only.
Can I choose a specific colour of car?
We cannot guarantee the colour of your vehicle.
Is insurance included? What if the car gets damaged?
The cars are fully insured; however we require a £3,000 excess to be held on a credit card while the vehicle is in your possession. The deposit will be released upon the vehicle’s return, should no damage have occurred. You can choose to pay a £100 damage waiver fee to reduce the excess amount to £1,000.
Do you run tours in any other destinations?
In addition to our Wales and Cotswold tour, we have a European tour taking place in September 2025.
Is there a minimum or maximum age?
Drivers must be aged between 25 and 75. There are no age restrictions for non-driving guests.
When can I book this tour?
Based on Wednesday – Monday booking, all year round. Alternative dates may be subject to additional charges.
