We hold the majority of venue hires within the Morgan Works Malvern Showroom. This space provides private and exclusive use, whilst we continue to run public experiences throughout the centre. Alternatively, the Morgan Experience Centre can be hired for exclusive use of the building.

Morgan Works Malvern Showroom – Theatre Style Layout – 80 people Conference Style Layout – 48 people Boardroom Style Layout – 20 people The Morgan Experience Centre (full buyout) – 180 people

Can we use external caterers?

We’re pleased to work with our in-house caterer, Faun, who offer a fantastic selection of locally sourced and handmade items to suit all dietary requirements. To ensure the highest quality and consistency for your event, external caterers are not permitted. If you would like to speak with the team directly about the catering options available, please get in touch with them via faun@morgan-motor.co.uk.

Yes! Let us know when your visiting and we’ll give you the tour.

What are your payment terms?

A 20% non-refundable deposit, based on the number of attendees, is required to secure the booking. The 20% non-refundable deposit may be transferred to other attendee’s should an attendee cancel 15 days or more, prior to the booking. The full balance is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the booking. Final attending numbers are required no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Catering options and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

Group Catering Options

Our multi-functional spaces lend themselves to variety of layouts, allowing us to tailor the setup to your individual event requirements.

In addition to dedicated support from the Morgan Experience team both before and during your event, venue hire includes the use of furniture, a large LED screen, full setup and clear-down on the day, and a static Morgan sports car on display within your event space.

 Verified Well worth a visit. An excellent tour at a reasonable fee. The tour guide is informative having had a Morgan he will answer any question you have and is unhurried. The size of the group was just right, not too big. We spent some time there and enjoyed the on site cafe which does tasty lite meals. You can hire a Morgan as part of your visit. It’s heartening to see that the skills needed to hand make the Morgan are still very much alive. A lovely morning out.

 Verified This can fun, even for people who are not car buffs I'm not a car fan, so I didn't expect much, but the visit turned out great. Morgan hand-makes 800 cars per year, upper-end models of course We toured the factory, and our guide was entertaining and most informative. This was followed by a driving experience in the car (i'm not sure if this can be done routinely as part of the visit), which was a pleasant open air experience; the car, not surprisingly, is fun to drive.

 Verified Fantastic!. if you're a tall driver read this. What a brilliant day I had at the Morgan car experience. Undertook the factory tour on the morning which was very interesting and informative. Kevin our guide was very knowledgable and brought the tour to life. Following a quick lunch in the fabulous on site cafe, I then had an hour driving experience in the Morgan Supersport, again with Kevin has my guide. Absolutely fantastic experience and great informative conversation with Kevin during the hour we spent on the winding country lanes around the Malverns. Just for those tall people who may worry about fitting into a Morgan, I'm 6ft 5in and felt very comfortable in the Supersport (I also sat in the plus 4 and was also pleasantly surprised there was no issues for me). Can highly recommend this experience to anyone that admires Morgan cars.

 Verified Tour of the Morgan Car Museum in Malvern We really enjoyed our tour through the Morgan Car Company, our guide, Andy, was very informative and passionate about the company and answered all questions thrown at him. Would highly recommend if your a car buff or even if your not. The Cafe was well stocked. And we also enjoyed some lunch before leaving.

 Verified Morgan Super 3 Experience, Factory Tour and Lunch! What a fantastic day out, totally exceeding all expectations! I spent an hour touring the Malvern countryside in a Super 3 with the extremely friendly and knowledgeable experience instructor Brian, this would have been enough to have made my day, but we then went on to the factory tour. Our tour was on a Saturday, when there is just a minimal amount of workers on site, but this was fine, and the individual headphones, made sure everyone could hear Brian's detailed and interesting commentary. It was greta to learn about the history of the company and site as well as as journey along the manufacturing process. We had a coffee in the themed cafe before the experience and decided to stay for lunch, which was also excellent. The cafe in itself would be enough to visit just as a destination cafe for a road trip! Amazing day and amazing team of people keeping this gem of a company alive and well in Malvern!!  Verified A wonderful place to visit, and excellent value. A fantastic experience and excellent value. The group size was just right, and our tour guide Andy was brilliant. Entertaining and informative. From the start in the wonderful visitor centre (with its excellent cafe) to the paintshop and final check area. The factory is wonderful, and the tour takes you up close and personal with the materials, methods and people who fashion these wonderful vehicles.  Verified A Malvern must-do! Visitor center is a nice place to be with a cafe, showroom and cars. Tourguide was excellent. Approachable and friendly, willing to answer questions. The tour moves at a slow pace and pictures/photography inside the factory are welcomed which is great. I enjoyed this as a car enthusiastic. I particularly liked seeing the process for the famous bonnet "louvres". I think this tour is enjoyable and accessible to a layman who may not be as familiar with cars. In an age of so much high technology, I found it refreshing not seeing a robot doing all the work!
