When does my Morgan voucher expire?
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Each voucher will have it’s expiry date noted and so please reference your copy.
Can I extend my Morgan voucher?
Morgan Gift Certificates – You can extend your voucher for one further year, at a cost dependant on the experience. Once a voucher has been active for two years, you will no longer be able to extend or use it.
Can I get a refund on my Morgan voucher?
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Can I alter the date of my visit, once my voucher has been redeemed?
Yes. Please let us know as soon as possible once you are aware that you need to change the date. We may not be able to accommodate last minute date changes.
Can I use my Morgan voucher in the café?
Unfortunately not. Vouchers for the café can be purchased directly from Faun Malvern.
Can I use my Morgan voucher in the shop?
Yes! The monetary value of your voucher can not only be spent in the onsite Morgan shop, but put towards other experiences, should you wish to change the experience gifted to you. Morgan vouchers cannot be spent in the online shop.
Why am I being asked to pay extra, when booking my Morgan voucher?
When booking the exact experience gifted on your voucher, you will not be required to pay anything extra. If you encounter this issue online, please use the above form to send us your details and we’ll create the booking for you.
If putting your voucher towards a different experience, you may be required to pay an additional amount towards the alternative experience.
Can I use my Virgin Experience vouchers to book online?
Unfortunately not. Please use the above form to send us your details and we’ll create the booking for you.
Does your Virgin Experience voucher have a /1, /2 or /3 following the serial number?
If your Virgin Experience voucher has /1, /2 or /3 following the serial number, this means that there is a second or third part to your voucher. Please ensure that you provide us with all details before requesting to book your visit. You may need to speak with the person who gifted you the voucher, or go back to Virgin Experience to get this information.
Your serial numbers will be identical.
You will have unique pin codes for each corresponding voucher.
