Working with our artisan catering partners, Faun, we offer a range of delicious options to keep your guests fuelled throughout the day. From fresh breakfasts and seasonal lunches, to barista made coffee and handmade sweet treats.
Buffet style catering is laid out within your event space, offering easy access and a relaxed environment for anyone attending.

Our multi-functional spaces lend themselves to variety of layouts, allowing us to tailor the setup to your individual event requirements.
In addition to dedicated support from the Morgan Experience team both before and during your event, venue hire includes the use of furniture, a large LED screen, full setup and clear-down on the day, and a static Morgan sports car on display within your event space.

Which spaces can be hired?
We hold the majority of venue hires within the Morgan Works Malvern Showroom. This space provides private and exclusive use, whilst we continue to run public experiences throughout the centre.
Alternatively, the Morgan Experience Centre can be hired for exclusive use of the building.
What is the capacity of each space?
Morgan Works Malvern Showroom –
- Theatre Style Layout – 80 people
- Conference Style Layout – 48 people
- Boardroom Style Layout – 20 people
The Morgan Experience Centre (full buyout) – 180 people
Can we use external caterers?
Unfortunately not. Faun offer a fantastic selection of locally sourced and handmade items, to cater for all dietary requirements.

What are your payment terms?
A 20% non-refundable deposit, based on the number of attendees, is required to secure the booking.
The 20% non-refundable deposit may be transferred to other attendee’s should an attendee cancel 15 days or more, prior to the booking.
The full balance is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the booking.
Final attending numbers are required no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Catering options and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
